Introduction: These glaze names are take directly from an advertising sheet. Glazes are pastel colors popular during the 1940's as evidenced by their use by many of the dinnerware manufacturers. Four colors were offered. All La Gonda pieces are in short supply and no particular color is easier or more difficult to find.
Remember that shapes from the La Gonda line were re-used and marked Gonder Original. La Gonda pieces must have the blue ink stamp marking and be in one of the four known glazes. Pieces finished in other glaze treatments are likely from the Original line and should be marked as such.
